I'm an oil painter and ceramic artist inspired by the organic elegance of nature. I create work that blends sophisticated beauty with purpose, crafting paintings and ceramics that feel both luxurious and deeply personal. My pieces are designed to elevate everyday spaces, bringing a sense of refinement, warmth, and connection to the natural world.

After 25 years in technology, I stepped fully into my passion, founding Carla Thomson Art to create work that is both visually striking and emotionally resonant. My paintings capture the striking simplicity of floral studies and atmospheric landscapes, while my ceramics integrate textures and patterns drawn directly from nature—impressions of flower buds, twigs, and stone surfaces that make each piece uniquely tied to the earth.

I believe in surrounding ourselves with art that means something, that tells a story, and that enriches the spaces we call home.
